Diversified Software Announces Subsidiary in Europe

January 4, 2004 - Morgan Hill, CA; Frankfurt, Germany -- Diversified Software, a provider of software technology and service offerings that increase the effectiveness of data centre operations, announced the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Diversified Software Central Europe GmbH (DSCE).

DSCE will provide customers and prospects with a technical and sales presence in Germany and the German-speaking countries of Austria and Switzerland.

Diversified Software maintains a strong Global 2000 customer-base located in these countries in the Financial, Services and Industrial sectors.
