ASG Completes Acquisition of Diversified Software Systems
NAPLES, Fla./Monday, July 17, 2006 — ASG, an enterprise software provider to Global 5000 companies, announced today the completion of its acquisition of Diversified Software Systems, Inc., (DSSI) a leading provider of JCL automation software products and services based in Morgan Hill, California.
Diversified Software, a privately held company founded in 1978, focuses on automation solutions targeting mainframe operations for data centers throughout the world. The company has ten offices in the United States, Europe, and the Pacific Rim, as well as worldwide distribution partners, resulting in a strong customer presence in more than 30 countries.
ASG will integrate Diversified Software products and services into ASG’s Operations Management product family that focuses exclusively on providing solutions for the streamlined, reliable delivery of production workloads.
